Terms of Service
Last updated: August 20, 2026
These terms cover your use of BookBee, the online booking system at bookbeestudio.com. By creating an account or booking an appointment through BookBee, you agree to them.
What BookBee is
BookBee lets service businesses ("masters") list their services and working hours, and lets clients book appointments with them online. Masters are responsible for the services they list and the appointments they take — BookBee is the booking tool, not a party to the appointment itself.
Master accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure.
- You're responsible for the accuracy of the services, prices, and availability you publish.
- You're responsible for honoring bookings made through your page, and for communicating directly with your clients about any changes.

Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use BookBee for anything illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive.
- Interfere with the security or normal operation of the service.
- Use booking forms to collect client information for anything other than fulfilling that booking.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Clients booking appointments
When you book an appointment through a master's BookBee page, the name, email, and phone number you provide are shared with that master so they can provide the service. Cancellation and rescheduling policies are set by the master, not by BookBee.
Third-party services
BookBee integrates with Google Calendar (if a master chooses to connect it) and uses Resend to deliver emails. Your use of those integrations is also subject to that provider's own terms.
No warranty
BookBee is provided "as is". We work to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Changes to these terms
If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
